Blair will share insights into Felton Road’s winemaking philosophy, the unique Central Otago vineyards, and the stories behind each wine, offering a rare opportunity to experience the winery from the inside.

Priced at $179 per person, this special event features a thoughtfully curated five-course menu, with each dish perfectly paired to showcase the elegance, precision, and character of Felton Road wines. Together, the menu and wine pairing highlight the harmony between exceptional cuisine and world-class winemaking.

All reservations for the Felton Road Wine Dinner at Cibaria require upfront payment of $179 per person. A 7-day cancellation policy applies; cancellations within this time will incur an $179 per person fee.
